Christine is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey and National Board Certified Counselor. She earned her BS from Villanova University and went on to serve in the US Air Force for 10 years. She later attended Rowan University for her Master’s degree in counseling. Christine has worked with children in the academic setting, as well as individuals, couples, and families in the outpatient setting. Christine also has experience working with veterans and civilians who have experienced trauma.
Christine believes that every individual has the capacity for healing. She works with children and adults to discover their strengths that will help them through their pain and challenges. Some journeys are painful, but all experiences have meaning and value. She cares deeply about her clients’ emotional healing and works with them to discover and create the life they truly want.
Christine primarily uses a Solution Focused approach, however, she integrates other modalities as appropriate when working with clients. This approach allows her to give honor to an individual’s past, however painful and chaotic, but focuses more on where clients wants to go in their lives. Christine also does couples and family counseling and aims to help them come together and rediscover how wonderful their life once was, is, and can be again.
An area of strong interest for Christine is trauma and healing.
