I believe that good therapy should support you in living fully and deeply a life that connects to that which you value most. Suffering is both universal and unavoidable and can be made better or worse by the ways we respond to it. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life; as many of us struggle in life, and most of us don’t know where to turn for help. However seeking treatment is the first step towards realizing and achieving change. When therapy is in a trustworthy and safe environment, it can open many opportunities for self-exploration. In therapy, your job is to tell your story wholeheartedly. My role as a therapist is to listen, help teach new skills, and challenge you to see new ways to live your life. You already have all the answers inside of you, I am just here to help uncover them.
