Jessica’s Approach to Helping
It is impossible to separate mental health from physical health as they are two components of the same construct. Just as individuals take care of their physical health, so too should they take care of their mental health. Everyone gets stuck sometimes, and everyone can benefit from learning more about themselves. That is why Jessica’s approach to psychology and counseling is both didactic and proactive. Jessica strives to empower her clients to develop goals, explore potential barriers to success, and keep moving forward.
