Poonam’s Approach to Helping

Frustrating can be an understatement when we feel stuck and are not where we want to be in life. Therapy can provide us with strategies and tools to begin seeing the change that we desire. I understand that seeking therapy can be a challenging and courageous step for anyone to take. I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment that allows each and every person I work with to feel comfortable to express themselves and feel heard. I am committed to providing you with individualized services that will be most beneficial to you in reaching your therapeutic goals. I would be privileged to join you in this journey for growth and change.
