My approach to therapy aims to destigmatize mental wellness and place my clients’ sense of comfort and safety first. Making the decision to come to therapy is a brave one. I hope that we can work together to process, acknowledge, and embrace all your facets while we aim to heal and overcome anything you bring to the table. Please be assured that I will always treat my clients like people first, rather than cases. Although optional, I also encourage my clients to engage with some creative methods to help relieve stress and enjoy more than your average talk therapy. All my experience has been focused on providing trauma-informed care and best practices in achieving quality of life for individuals with mental health concerns as well as physical health obstacles where needed. Whenever you’re ready to tackle something new or something old, you will always be welcome on my schedule.
