Sarah’s Approach to Helping:
Sarah works to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with clients where they feel safe to explore life’s challenges and work towards meaningful change. By using a person-centered approach, Sarah partners with clients to identify goals and interventions that are in harmony with an individual’s unique needs. In recognizing that each individual is the expert on their own life, Sarah assists clients in identifying their innate wisdom in order to overcome obstacles and promote healing. Some approaches Sarah uses to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Approach, and Emotional Freedom Techniques.
