Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming—and that's because it is. Reaching out for support is a courageous decision, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Together, we'll gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, recognize the strengths you already possess, and build skills that you can carry with you long after therapy ends.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and stress. I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted, and I strive to create an environment where clients can grow at their own pace.
My approach is individualized to each person's unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based, trauma-informed care. I also enjoy incorporating creativity into the therapeutic process to help clients feel engaged and empowered as they work toward their goals. Wherever you are in life, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths, navigate life's challenges, and work toward the future you envision.
