If you work with us for individual therapy, your clinician will collaborate with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs. 

Family Therapy

Sometimes, mental and emotional health issues affect the entire family. We offer family therapy services to allow the entire family — grandparents, parents, children, and other family members — to heal together. We will work with your family to improve communication and strengthen relationships. A family therapist can help you identify patterns within the family that are maintaining current family struggles.
