Janis’s Approach to Helping
We are all resilient and have the ability to bounce back from adverse experiences. Resilience manifests itself in different ways in different people. We all are unique with individual strengths that help to get us through each day. Although we don’t always realize what our strengths are or fully utilize them, therapists are here to help us identify and use them to our fullest potential. They guide us along our path to resilience.
