Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible that we participate as in-network providers. Services may also be covered under your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for mental and behavioral health services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  • Do I have a co-pay or co-insurance? If so, what is it?
  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Self-Pay

If you don’t have insurance or your plan doesn’t cover behavioral health services you can choose to self-pay for services.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

Any Other Questions

Please contact us for any additional questions you may have. We look forward to hearing from you!

Out-of-Network Benefits

Out-of-Network benefits help cover some of the cost of your sessions when a facility does not have a contract with your insurance company. If you are using your out-of-network benefits, you will need to pay for the services upfront at the self-pay rate and submit a bill to your insurance company for reimbursement. You can contact the office to receive an invoice to submit for reimbursement. Some policies have out-of-network benefits while others do not. You will need to conatct your insurance company to find out if your policy has out-of-network benefits.
